Design proofs are not included in the cost of the product, if you would like to see a proof before your items head to production please include that in your order at check out. Otherwise, items will be as shown with your personalization and color choices. Queen Street Shoppes will not be responsible for mistakes due to spelling, date, scale or punctuation. If a proof is requested, it is the client’s responsibility to review for any mistakes. Once a proof has been approved and sent to production, there will not be any changes possible.

Once we receive your order and/or your proof approval, we will send the order to production. Production time varies by product. Please see below for standard shipping time.

If you need an item by a certain date please reach out to us at info@queenstreetshoppes and specify date needed in request. Rush orders are available at an additional cost if needed. Queen Street Shoppes is not responsible for items not arriving on time if it is outside of standard delivery time frame.
